Right now we are the lucky couple. So we are together for three weeks. And how is possible to get to know the right time for marriage? what circumstances should be taken in mind?

You will just know it in your heart and soul.  When you just feel that you can't live life w/o each other,then you know that you are truly in love with one another.  It will also just feel right.  I knew my husband for 1.5 months before we got married.  The first date we were on,we talked marriage.  It just felt right,and it was.  We have been married happily for close to 5 years now.
