People marry for a variety of reasons. I am unsure as to what country you are from and what your cultural views are of marriage. Perhaps speaking with a religious leader or someone who is recently married may help you.
Generally speaking, soomeone is not 'persuaded' to marry, but marries because they have mutual goals and a genuine love for another.
If, in your culture, it is traditional that you pay for the home and support your family financially then perhaps it is to soon for you to actually marry, but not too soon for you to date a woman. Perhaps you have tiem for a part time job?
