QuestionI've been trying and trying to get him to get a job but he wont, we live at his mothers house and we just had a baby and I can't work right now. Please help me, I don't know what to do with this.

If you have family close by,move back home.He doesn't have a sense of responsibility to you,the baby or his mother.Live with his mother if you have no other choice.When you are able to get a job,do so.Get help with finding your own place through your church or low income housing.
I doubt he will ever hold a steady job.Eventually you would be the one supporting him,not his mother.
