I want know more about the Alexender Stone which turns to different colour as per the hours of the day. Where is it most found and what is its present value in the world market? Why is it so popular and what are the benefits when it is worn?

I am assuming you are referring to the gemstone Alexandrite.  A google search will produce much information regarding Alexandrite.

The most prized Alexandrite came from Russia, but that mine is no longer producing.  There is still Alexandrite coming from Brazil, but it doesn't have the color that the Russian material does.  

The best Alexandrite changes from Green to Red depending upon the light (natural or incandescent).

Top grade Alexandrite can fetch ten's of thousands of dollars per carat.  It is popular because of its rarity, color, and unique properties.  It is the birthstone for June.  I am not familiar with natural or healing properties in gemstones.
