my husband has been depressed for a while now and he has told me that he wants to move out so he can have some where to go. he was in Iraq for 14 months but when he came home he was different. now he does not want to be with me and hes not sure if he loves me anymore. how can i help him and save my marriage? we have been together for 11yrs and married 2yrs but nothing is the same can you help me?

Hello Tina,
Please contact his CO or someone at the service.He is entitled to psychological help through the military.You should be able to go with him.He has been through a very traumatic time and is having problems coping.If he won't go talk to your minister.It may take years for him to learn to deal with what has gone on in Iraq.Try being patient and understanding with him.

Yes,I would let him move out.However, I would ask him to seek counseling with you,even after he moves.He needs it and you deserve it.You weren't the one that went through the ordeal in Iraq,but with counseling maybe you can come to understand what it was like for him.With help,you might be able to save your marriage.
