Fixing a Bad Acrylic Manicure: Your Rights & Options

I just got a new set of pink and white acrylics that cost me a lot and they look horrible! I didn't have the guts to get mad when I was there, but I want them fixed. Is it possible to go back (or to a new place) and have them fix my nails and make them look better for me? Or am I stuck ?!

Where did you have these done, are you in the UK?  Was it a reputable salon? Im sure you are well within your rights to phone and complain or go in and get your money back, check with your local Trading standards authority?  A last resort is just to soak them off with pure acetone, providing they were not done in an asian salon as they use a product that is very difficult to remove, maybe you can explain a bit more to me so i can understand what product was used and where in the world are you?
