QuestionWhat is the best uv top coat that seal in, no lift, fast, and mirror glass shine? I'm new to gel so do you know what brand has an dvd included for me?

AnswerHi Remy.I like Express UV topcoat.You can use it with a uv light or just let it air dry.
Most companies sell or inlcude dvd's in their start up kits.I know IBD,Brisa,EZFlow,Sheba.Just shop around and when in doubt call the 800 number for the company and ask.
