Could you please tell me what the symbols/markings/stamps inside my 18k gold ring means. it has two white diamonds and a sapphire in the middle of them. look forward to hearing back from you thankyou.

I have included below a site that might assist you in matching your jewelry mark.  Just click on or copy and paste it into your browser address field and hit enter.  There are quite a few countries listed and the marks are generally for silver or sterling, but gold is also included.  I checked some of my other references and couldn't find a mark like you describe but I will keep your request active and let you know if I do find any matching marks.
