Decoding Gold Ring Hallmarks: Understanding W&G 9K Birmingham

i have a womans ring, its a white flower, made of diamond shaped things with a blue one in the middle,  that i am unsure about, i think it is gold. it says W&G 9 375, then a picture of an anchor, s then t. i know the anchor means birmingham, and that its 9 karat gold, but i do not know the w&g bit.
