Marrying Overseas: Options for US Service Members & Fiances

I am currently serving overseas in germany and my fiance is back home in cocoa beach, Fl. We want to get married so she can come over here. The only way that I know of getting married over here is in denmark and it cost a fortune. Is there anyway that she can go to the courthouse in Fl and request for a marriage liscene that she can send me that i can get notirized. Or is there any way to do an online marriage. Help a tropp out thanks.

I'm not sure about the notarized part.  She'd have to check into that.  But I'm pretty sure that you have to both be present to sign the marriage certificate, etc.  Is there any way you can either wait, or see if you can get a few days leave to get married?
