Understanding and Treating Visible Veins: Causes & Solutions

I am a 47, male.  Notice below the knees on both legs, chin and caves, blue veins starting to show and on side of feet too.  What does this mean and is there help to get rid of them

some superficial small small veins are stretching a little and showing up.  These can be injected and basically destroyed ... called spider veins and a lot of people get these injected by dermatologists, sometimes family docs.... I inject veins in my family practice office.
