Answer
Hi Nicolle
I'm sorry to hear of your miscarriage. I can completely sympathise with you, I had a miscarriage in June as well and my periods have not been the same since!

Miscarriage takes such a toll on the body and many women report changes in their periods, whether it be flow, duration or timing. Some women go back to normal quickly, others slowly and some don't at all. This doesn't necessarily indicate a problem.
I have had a couple of cycles where mine has been the same and I have thought exactly what you have, but have been re-assured that this is normal.
There is always a possibility that you might have had a miscarriage, but there is no way of knowing now if you have or not. Please try not to worry.

Most women go on to have a successful pregnancy and a healthy baby after miscarriage, so don't think that you'll never concieve again. I really do understand how you feel, but once you've seen that positive test the doubts will disperse.

You've had the all clear from the doctor so it's absolutely ok for you to carry on trying. It's natural to have the physical symptoms and, even more so, the worry you're experiencing.
Relax, enjoy trying and I wish you the best of luck  :0)

If you have any more questions or worries, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Kindest Regards
Sarah
