QuestionHi Sarah,
I wish you can tell me the answer, but this is my question...
It's been a month and I think I have my period again since I had a miscarriage... I bleed, no cramping though, tough it's usual for me to NOT have any cramping when I get my periods. I just wanna know, is it normal to have blood clots with my period?? I mean like I said, it's been a month since I had the miscarriage... so yeah I got my period back, and I am now bleeding with some clots... is that normal??? oh yeah... prior before I had the bleeding, my breasts got tender, this usually signals me if I am going to start my period. And I have not had sex since... so I still cannot be pregnant. SO yeah hope that you can tell me the answer.. thank you.
AnswerHi maria.
It's usual to have different periods for a few months after a miscarriage whether it be a difference in pain, consistency or clotting. This change usually settles down in the next few months, a few women do find however that the change is permanent.
Everything you have described sounds normal & it sounds like you already recognise that this is your period, but wish to have some re-assurance. Unless you have sudden heavy bleeding with or without cramps (which needs medical attention) then you have nothing to worry about & your body is getting back to normal.
Hope this has helped :)
Kindest Regards
Sarah
