Answer
Hi BBG
I'm sorry to hear of your losses. Many women who miscarry, in particular sufferers of recurrent miscarriages, often ask why it keeps happening. The short answer right now is, I don't know.

Miscarriage is a mystery to even the most qualified doctors & scientists. Sometimes it just 'happens'. It's absolutely no consolation however, there can be contributing factors such as health, weight, excessive alcohol/tobacco/drug consumption. There can also be an underlying chromosomal problem. Some couples just aren't chromosomally 'compatible'.

To get good educated and researched answers you need to see your doctor. They can then do a full health assessment of yourself and your partner and possibly do some tests. I will say that some won't investigate until after the third miscarriage. This is because miscarriages are so common in first and (less commonly) second pregnancies.
It doesn't mean you won't go on to have a successful pregnancy. I know a lady whop has had 7 miscarriages and has gone on to have 3 healthy children!

I hope this has helped and you find the answers you require. Do come back if there's anything else I can help with.

Kindest Regards
Sarah
