Tingling in Legs and Arms: Causes, Symptoms & When to See a Doctor

For the past couple of weeks i've been getting this tingling feeling in my right arm and leg it feels like when you get cold the hair on your arm and leg stands up what could be causing this

-is there any time it's better or worse (when you first wake up, or when active)?

-does it come & go or is it constant?

-does it stay in the same place or spread?

-is it getting any better/worse during the past weeks?

-are there any other symptoms (burning, numbness, etc)?
