Question"My doctor told me almost 2yrs ago, I had a cyst on each ovary and a fibroid. Then she did another ultra sound and told me I had a cyst on the right ovary, the left ovary wasn't exactly a cyst, but was twisted. I went and had a CT scan earlier this year, no cyst showed up. I had the scan because I've been having a burning sensation in my legs and arms, Mostly the legs, off and on for the past year or year 1/2. The burning feels like I rubbed "Bengay" or "Deep Heat" on my legs. The doctor thought maybe the cyst was pressing against a nerve. The CT Scan came back fine.
I went back and had a MRI, on my spine, it also came back fine.
Recently went to see a nerve doctor, he did some kind of shock test to see if I had neuropathy, it came back fine. The nerve doctor sent me for another MRI of the spine and head. (It came back fine too)
What are they missing? I'm really terrified they're missing something. Could it have something to do with my thyroid(hypothryrodism)? Could it be another cyst or could it be the fibroid?
I don't know what to think anymore. I've thought about MS, Blood Clots, etc.
The burning is usually on the front of my thighs or the back of my calfs. It comes and goes.
The buring in my arms is usually on the upper part of my arms. (I have more burning in my legs than arms) I'm also have crampy feeling in my feet, it hurt to walk, it feels like I dropped something heavy on them or kick something.(it's only in one foot)
Also, sometimes, my fingers feel like I've jammed them into something, when I awake in the mornings, this doesn't happen often though.
Could all this be related?
AnswerWhat are they missing? Yes, you likely are low on B complex and omega 3 plus magnesium and calcium.
Could it have something to do with my thyroid(hypothryrodism)? Yes, they can test the blood for that.
Could it be another cyst or could it be the fibroid?
These usually do not bother people like this.
Could all this be related? Yes, to the nutrient deficiency so you may want to ask the doctor if these things are OK for you to take. OK?
Generally, the best is to replace your deficiencies in the modern agriculturally grown diets as follows:
1) 2000mg omega 3 twice a day
2) high potency B complex twice a day
3) gender specific multivitamin daily
4) Caltrate with vitamin D twice a day
5) magnesium 500mg twice a day
