Dizziness and Tingling After Eating: Causes & What to Do

Question
I have been having a sensation of tingling after eating for quite a few months now, at least six.  I have also had a few unexplained periods of light to extreme dizziness, most which cannot be explained by rapid movement. In fact, the most severe instance, I was sitting at my desk and had been for awhile.  My ears suddenly felt as if they were full of something and I felt near to passing out. It passed and I felt normal again quickly.  The dizziness doesn't happen right after I eat but the tingling all over, my arms, hands, legs, feet, is always after eating. I do have undiagnosed hypoglycemic attacks when I have neglected protein for a few meals but I can quickly fix that.  I just can't figure out the tingling.

Answer
if the hypoglycemia is undiagnosed... how do you know that is the problem?  The general dizziness sounds like it is from either low blood pressure or low blood sugar..... when you get an episode, it would be nice if you could check the blood sugar or blood pressure.... then we could narrow down the possibilities...
