Left Arm & Shoulder Pain During Pregnancy: Causes & Relief

I am 13 weeks pregnant and I have been having this weird pain in my left arm, left shoulder blade, left top of shoulder.  It is not consent and it moves - isn't in two places at once.

What could it be?

Shoulder blade pain is pretty common from shoulder strains or a mild neck injury.  That is also the muscle that can spasm and become painful from stress.... being pregnant, not much to do except easy range of motion exercises, tylenol and heating pad intermixed with ice pack- 20 minutes on 2 hours off.
