Neck Pain, Tingling Arm & Fingers: Possible Causes & Relief

For about a year I've had a knot and pain on the side of my neck.  I've now noticed for the past month that my arm has been tingling and going numb radiating to my fingers.  I've also noticed slight chest pains.  I do have hypertension, back aliments, and hip bursitis.  Do you have any suggestions as to might be wrong?
