Persistent Left Rib Pain After Bleeding & Diagnostic Tests

I started out with bleeding from my rectum which lasted 8 days.I went to emergency and they did a CT scan which only showed a cyst on my left ovary.After the bleeding stopped,the pain started and has not let up at all.The pain is getting worse.I've seen a gastro specialist and he said that there is nothing wrong with my digestive system.I've had a barium swallow and barium enima which were normal.I also had a scope done and they found H.Plori which I was given antibiotics.It feels swollen under there and the pain is constant.I don't know what to do.Can things show up different on a CT scan 4 months later?Please help me.

Sounds like you've had a good evaluation. The only thing you might consider is a chest xray.
Sometimes a condition exists called "splenic flexure syndrome" which can cause pain under the left ribs. A repeat CT scan may be hlpful if the first one was negative.
