Left Arm Pain & Radiating Discomfort: Potential Causes & Concerns
QuestionI wasn't sure on which section to ask this question.
It started about 2 weeks ago. I started having pain in my left shoulder it wasn't severe just bothersome. It has radiated all down my left arm. It hurts mostly around my elbow area and my wrist area and sometimes fingers. I noticed my veins are very bright and visible now too which they never are. I also notice when i clinch my hand into a fist it feels really strange kinda like a shock or something. I guess it feels like the circulation is cut off. I'm really worried about if It's something serious like a blood clot or something. Do you think you could help me out.
Thanks.
AnswerIt sounds like some shoulder bursitis... you can get pain radiating down. I would try ice, 20 min on, 2 hours off and try some full strength anti-inflammatory like alleve 2 twice a day. Try that for a few days, then you may need to have it checked if not better.
