Neck & Shoulder Pain with Leg Swelling: Urgent Medical Advice

i have had pain in my neck goes down my left arm numbness tingling.. it could get rally bad but now my right leg is swollen,my left leg gets numb and i get lots of spasms..

You definitely need to see a neurologist.  My main concern right now would be the swelling in your right leg.  Please contact your doctor and make sure you are seen for this problem.  Swelling in the leg could be a blood clot and is nothing to fool around with.  The numbness and spasm could be from nerve compression or another neurological interference.
