Leg Swelling, Numbness & Spasms: Potential Causes & What to Do

i have my right leg swollen but my left leg i get numbness and a lot of spasms.. one leg is 18in and the left is 16in any idea what could be the problem

If you are right hand dominant, that could explain the difference in girth. In thye abscence of disease, the dominant leg is ALWAYS bigger than the non dominant leg. As for the numbness and spasms in your Left leg, there are a number of possibilities. Without a more detailed history and an exam, a specific cause is hard to guess at.
