QuestionA sports chiropractor diagnosed me as having a "rib end" or "rib out" meaning in my back the end of the rib was causing pain. Now my left arm is tingling and painful.
Chiropractic adjustments aren't helping. I've also been taking 6 advil a day.
What else can I do?
Answerchiropractors tend to see things on xrays that radiologists don't see... I am not sure what a rib out means... with an arm tingling, there may be a pinched nerve at the neck, or at the shoulder or elbow/wrist. Advil, 4 pills 3 times per day is a prescription dose, but if it doesn't go away in a few days, it needs to be evaluated....
