Acrylic Nail Issues: Is This Normal & What Are Your Rights?

I got a full-set of Acrylic nails done 2 weeks ago. Within a week, one broke off just by me pulling up a chair. I paid to get it fixed. The very next day another one broke off. I rang the establishment in which i had them done. They said that they would fix the one that was broken free-of charge but wouldn't replace all of them. The second i got off the phone, another fell off. I am completely outraged in this seeing as i paid good money for them. I'm just wondering if it is normal for the nails to be falling off in such a short period of time?

Without seeing your nails or knowing where you had them done, it is hard for me to comment.
Nail extensions will break under pressure or force, but if they were applied by a competant,well trained technician and you were just using them for normal day to day duties and they were not to long, they should last for at least 2 weeks at which stage you would need to eturn for maintenance as the natural nail underneath will of grown and you will have a gap around the cuticle that needs filling in.
