Identifying a Vintage 14K Ring: 4-Leaf Clover, 'BB', or '88'?

Greetings-I have a ring that is either engraved or poorly stamped 14 K and then it appears to be a 4 leaf clover, or two B's back to back, or I guess it could be two 8's.  The ring looks to be possibly art deco with a huge pinkish cabashon.  Any ideas?

You might take it to an estate jewelry appraiser for checking and authenticating. I'll continue to check some other resources and if I locate anything, let you know. Sounds like a beautiful ring.
