Identifying a Strange Ring: What Does the Mark Mean?

I found this ring a while ago, Im told its silver but Im not sure. It has an alien on it and inside the ring there are too markings. I am not sure but I think one says '7F' and the other has an 'F' than some number I cant make out. Do you have any idea what this means??

TO BE HONEST WITH YOU I DON'T HAVE THE FOGGIEST IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS. IT IS NOT A QUALITY STAMP LIKE 'STERLING' OR '14K' SO IT IS PROBABLY JUST A MFG. MARK. IT IS PROBABLY NOT FROM AN ALIEN PLANT OR OF ANY VALUE BUT IT IS INTERESTING.
