Diamond Ring Appraisal: Is Your Gold & Diamond Ring Valuable?

I have a ring that has a gold band with 4 small diamonds? on it..inside the ring is inscribed KOREA and also what looks like a 7 .. It was my Mom's. It is a beautiful ring and there is no tarnish whatsoever on the ring. Is my ring worth anything? Thank you!

All rings are worth money. The question is: "How Much" Have it looked at by a jeweler. If Necessary, Have it appraised.
