Understanding Gold Ring Markings: What Do 'RI' and 'ZEI' Mean?

I've attempted to research this but couldn't find anything. My  engagement ring says "ri 14K" on the inside. My wedding band says "14K ZEI". What does the "ri" and "ZEI" mean? I'm asking b/c for 4 years everything has been great up until the last few months.My ring finger is itching so much, it's driving me crazy! I thought that by knowing what that means it might help me fix my problem. Thanks for your input.

I dont know what the ri means. The ZEI means it was manufacture by Rosy Blue Manufacturing Co.
All white and yellow gold contains alloys. Your allergic to the alloy in that ring. Diffrent manufactures use differnt alloys.
Also , Not all white or yellow gold contains the same alloys.
