QuestionI have an antique spoon ring that I got from my grandmother when she died. Inside the ring it says 1890-1915. It also says Sterling and says Pat. April 12th, 1910. Do you know what these numbers would mean and if my ring is worth anything? It doesn't say what kind of ring it is. Thank you.

Usually inside is a makers mark/hallmark and in your case a patent date and sterling. The 1890 - 1915 could be the pattern dates of manufacture. Most spoon rings were made to match sterling and silverplate flatware services. Without a manufacturer name, it would be difficult to research the pattern name.
