AnswerSorry for taking so long to get back. I have researched this and pondered it. What you want is very unique and needs to be custom designed and then a wax made. We have that capability if you really want to pursue this. To start you should draw your ideas the best you can. Then we would work to make a rendering on computer which would be used to create the wax by computer machining.
I have not found any good pictures to match your ideas.
