Identifying Antique Wedding Rings: Bluebird & 18K Stamps

Question
Hello! Thank you for this site. I recently inherited an antique wedding ring set from my great grandmother. The wedding band is white gold (I'm assuming) because it's stamped inside with 18K and the word BLUEBIRD. What does this mean?

Also, the engagement ring is stamped 18K W and has a capital B circled.

Any information you could provide on this would be greatly appreciated. My great grandmother was born in Russia and may have married in New York before the turn of the century.

Thank you SO much :)

Answer
Hi Lisa, according to my research, your ring could have been made by a certain Bluebird Diamond Syndicate, if the logo looks anything like the picture on this link:

The Bluebird Diamond Syndicate was a jeweler in Chicago Illinois around the 1930's-40's

Hope this helps!
