QuestionI have a ring from Hannoush jewelers that we paid a lot for. I am trying to sell it and jewelers tell me it is not worth the value I am told. I returned to the jeweler and they sent it to be certified for me to prove the value. the only thing is they sent to their own Gem Laboratory. Is that honest and is this a true assessment of the ring, or is it what the sales rep told him to put?

You need to have the ring looked at by an independent gemologist appraiser otherwise you wont get a fair valuation.
Also, and independent appraiser can tell you how to sell it and how much to ask for it.
