QuestionI have this aching throbbing pain in my ankles,
knees and calfs.I can't seem to get my ankles to rest even when I am sitting on couch. They just ache so bad like a toothache. When I stand up they are stiff.
I've had bone scan which only show achilles tendonitis, plus I have degenerative disc disease
with narrowing of spinal canal and spurs
and lumar region have a tear.Had nerve and muscle testing and only showed some damage in left arm.
Had blood test for inflammation and arthritis and came back negative and had tes for infections that also is negative.
What the heck could be causing my ankles, knees and calfs to hurt so bad.It takes me a long time to fall asleep because I have to keep stretching my feet and twisting them around.
I am taking flexeril, ultram, celebrex only as needed because everything gives you some other side affect.
Now the doctors are calling in Fibromyalgia
because they don't know what else it is.
Any other tests that I should have to determine
what might be wrong or another other medicine
that might help with the discomfort since the ones I am taking do not do much.
Thanks a lot for ready this
I'm only 53 and hate to be in this much discomfort.

You are magnesium oxide and calcium and vit D deficient so should ask your doctor if you can take the following:
1) omega 3 3000mg twice a day frozen
2) Centrum Silver 1/2 twice a day
3) magnesium oxide 500mg twice a day with the second dose 1 hour before bedtime with the second dose of calcium and vit D
4) Calcium and Vit D 600mg twice a day (see above)
5) High potency B comlex B-100 twice a day
6) Vit C 1000mg twice a day
My patients clear in about 1-2 weeks but need to continue indefinitely.

Just the above
