I got an appointment with doctor in december mid.
I am having the pain in upper place of my vagina,which is lower abdomen.This occurs very rarely and it lasts for 30 minutes.But i think i have this problem mostly on the day after i have sex.
Any kinda information will be really helpful to me.

I m married and i m 25 yrs old and i m female.Well i got married b4 3 yrs and now trying for a kid.
My problem is sometimes i feel kinda pain in my genital area.To narrow my point i feel pain nearer to my innerwear starting line in my vagina.I donno how to speicfy that place.
But my husband had Hernia operation last year and he said he had pain in that same place.i m afraid whether i m also having same problem.This occurs mostly the next day or the day when we have sex.This lost for some 30 mins or less and its a tolerable pain.
Am i having hernia or something.Please help me.i m scared of it.

Hi Ram,
A hernia in a woman is a rarity, but that doesn't mean it can't be the cause of the pain. I think it would be better to have this examined by your doctor as it is hard for me to visualize exactly where this pain is coming from.

This may be simply irritation during intercourse or possibly trauma to the urethral opening to the bladder which is located right in the vaginal opening.
Are you well lubricated before intercourse? if not I would try that and see if the problem lessens.
