Questionhi , my name is izzatbek Djureav .
I am 25 years old ,i have gout pain in my left foot on big toey. it is giving me pain i cant walk good.
some people told me to put ice on it every 4 hours . is it right? which kind of medicin i have to take please give me some help .
how can i quit from this pain.

Answerif it is gout, then ice won't help much... heat to promote circulation and alleve, 2 pills twice a day or motrin 800 mg three times daily as long as your stomach tolerates those medications. then, if it recurs, there are medications to prevent gout, like allopurinol, if needed
