I have not regular hypertension I know everything about hypertension and read 1000 hour in internet...But I occ. get un easiness and when i measure ,it indicates 170 or 160/100 occ. bp. with mild palpitation 110 rate to 130 pulse rate
..can I take catopril 12.5 mg as immediate treatment with minimum dose beta blocker?pl suggest other drug which can affect in 15 min.I occ. take 12.5 mg sildenafil twice in week
AnswerSorry we are not allowed to treat. However if you titrate magnesium oxide starting at 250 mg twice a day for a week then increase by one tablet twice a day each week until your bowels are moving 2-3 times a day, your blood pressure will come down and stay down and you may be eventually able to stop the BP meds with your doctors help.
For the ED, my patients find it returns to normal with 3-6 months of the magnesium, plus 3000mg of omega 3 and a high potency B complex twice a day.
