This is strange.  Have they done a heart workup on you--ekg, enzymes to see if it's a heart attack?

Answer
Nothing you've described sounds like sinusitis to me, but I'm not looking at you and your sister is.  This sounds very heart related.  The dizziness, the feeling of fullness in the chest and arms feeling funny--this all spells heart related problems to me.  I think you need to see a doctor VERY soon, and you can ask them about a tilt table test, treadmill test, and other physical tests to see why you are feeling so dizzy.  These symptoms are really really not normal.
