sir, since few days i feel negligible chest pain less than second time in left
side inner... .such less than second time sensation felt about 4  to 50 times in
whole day........other sensation from left side chest to back shoulder left side...even in rest condition..no difference in excercise..i swim for 1 hour..no problem..cycling no problem  ....ECG/ECHO normal..no trace out..boarderline diabetes and Occ
