Persistent Chest Pain & Shoulder Discomfort: What Could It Be?

I HAVE HAD CHEST PAIN PAST 2 YRS ON LEFT SIDE MAMOGRAM LAST JUNE OK ALSO TREADMILL TEST LAST APRIL OK HAVE VERY LUMPY BREASTS. LATELY PAIN HAS MOVED INTO LEFT SHOULDER VERY BAD STINGING . I OFTEN GET SHIVERS OR TINGLING GOING ACROSS MY CHEST . COULD YOU MAYBE HELP CAN'T SLEEP PROPERLY OR DO MUCH ACTIVITY THANKYOU

Dear Anne, without an examination it is unfortunately impossible to get any further in order to help you. So my advice to you is to let a dr. (probably best an internist) check you thoroughly! Since your breasts are lumpy I STRONGLY SUGGEST that your future mammograms should always be complemented with breast MRI scans and ultrasound scans and whenever anything is uncertain in ANY of these procedures a needle biopsy of it should be performed!
