Tongue Spots: Causes, Symptoms & Treatment

i have spots on my tonuge that look like i need to brush but they dont come clean. they are mildly soar. I also have severe moscle cramps in my legs and lower back.

the spots are a benign occurrence of overgrotwth of bacteria on the tongue... not neccesairaly a disease.   But, it happens during times of illness and during times of  stress (water deprivation, etc) but is treatable by treating the underlying problems........ hope this helps....................
