Liver & Abdominal Nodules: Ultrasound Results & What They Could Mean

i was told they found nodules on my liver and one in my abdomen on a recent ultrasound. they did it because my enzymes where up. now i have to have a mri but my enzymes are lowering and they said they think its fatty tissue. i'm so scared though because the first thing i think is cancer everywhere. what could these be? is the abdomen the stomach? if so why didn't they say a nodule in the stomach? could these be harmless or am i doomed? i'm sorry but i am freaking out and i feel sick over this. my mri is still days away and then waiting for results will make me even more anxious. any info would be great thanks. i am overweight and have taken birth control pills for years. i am only 29 and have had two kids. i really haven't had to many symptoms except for fatigue and bloating. other than that things have been ok. thanks again.

if you had  nodules that could be cancer, I can't believe they did not biopsy one.  Now multiple cysts are pretty common, but nodules... if so, I would ask your doctor for some reassurance, although given your age, abdominal cancers are very very unlikely......
