Can I Still Grow Taller at 19? Expert Advice & Height Increase Strategies

Hello, I am a 19 year old male.  I stand at 5'5" and want to grow taller, if possible.  Ive went through the list of questions and found some about growing taller and you mentioned a formula with vitamins/fish oil/Jell-O to increase height.  Has anybody reported back with any success using your formula?  I am an athlete and just want to grow at least another inch or 2.  SOme people have also told me about taking a supplement called GABA, which supposedly releases HGH and helps maximize growth. is this true?
