AnswerIt's very normal for your baby to be so active. It means your baby is very healthy!
If you are having pain in your groin area, you may be suffering from a separation at your pubic symphysis joint. This is fairly common, especially in 3rd or later pregnancies, and is caused by the hormone relaxin loosening up your joints in preparation for labor. Sometimes, the joint in the front or you pelvis gets too loose, and this can cause pain which gets noticeably worse when you roll over, stand on one foot, or do other activities that put torque on the pelvis. Treatment for this involves lifestyle changes to make sure you are not stressing the joint (sit down to put pants on, take care when getting in the car, etc.), and seeing a chiropractor to help align your pelvis and relieve the pain.
