i am 26 and pretty normal person.I am not a sportsperson but i like jogging. I used to jog for about 4 to 5 kms daily about 7 months ago.Then a severe pain started in my right knee . It feels like a needle is shoved in the knee. I can hardly walk
i feel pain just below the patella bone.The pain stops if i stop jogging and again it starts after 4 or 5 days of my regular jogging. Due to this pain i becoming lethargic and lazy and overweight

The patella is your kneecap so it sounds like the muscle attachment just below it might be too tight. It could also be something else entirely. I don't give out my email address and sending a picture would not be helpful in any case. I am also not a doctor. You might want to see a doctor, though, to make sure it's not more than just a muscle issue.
