Postpartum Period Return After Breastfeeding: What to Expect

I had twins 6 months ago and have been breastfeeding exclusively.Ihavnt had my period return yet how long does it take to come back typically or anything I can do to help bring back my period.

It is very common to not have your period yet. You are still breastfeeding and this is very common. I wouldn't worry about it. I have twins myself that are almmost nine months and I haven't had my period yet either. I stopped breastfeeding at five months. My body just hasn't adjusted yet.
Yes, you could call your doctor and he could give you progesterone to bring on a period.
