Irregular Periods & Fertility After Depo Shot: A Medical Inquiry

my question is i have not had a period since april 20 2006 my doctor gave me something to help start my period but it didnt help.me and my husband got married in september 2006 and we started talking about having another child i told my doctor and she gave me the medication to help my period.i have been trying to get pregnant since i went off the depo shot.my last depo shot was in febuary 2006 i was supposed to go back in may but i did not go back.what my question is can i still get pregnant even though i dont have a period or could you recomend something to help like a natural herb or something.

yes, you still can get pregnant.  No, there isn't a natural herb to help with this... A lot of women have cycle problems after getting off depo and it may take a few more months... sometimes we use provera, sometimes cycle with birth control pills for  this.   good luck with it...
