Achieving Crisp Smile Lines on Acrylic: Techniques & Troubleshooting
QuestionWhat do you think is the key to creating perfect smile lines? Do you definitely need to drill out the new line? Sometimes it seems like I have dark shadows beneath the lines and yet sometimes it looks crisp and clear. Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Thanks so much!
AnswerKey is perfect Liquid to Powder mix ratio and "YOUR" perfect brush and technique! AND PRACTICE!! Drilling a ridge should have no effect on your smile line, I used to do that, but decided to quit wasting my time. About the dark beneath the smile lines, you might need to bring the smile line a little farther back, or you could try custom blending your Powder to hide any blemished so you can have a longer nail bed without have a dark look.
