what is the difference between an acrylic fill in with a french or American polish and a pink and white manicure

we call acrylic permanent white and pink "forever french"
this is when pink and white acrylic is used to create a permant french manicure.
this can be painted over with a colour, the colour then removed and the pink and white "forever french" will stil be there.
if you have clear acrylic with a fench polish painted on top, it will not be as sturdy as the foever french and if you paint a colour on top and remove it, the french polish will come off aswell.
