QuestionHi, I have gel nails that are only a month old and are already yellowing, have cracked twice, but otherwise are holding up pretty well considering I clean and get them wet a lot. My question is can you locate a good technician in my area? I live in Sarasota,FL, zip code 34238. I have only used one place so far, Best Nails on Central Sarasota PKWY which is near me. How do they rank? Thanks for the help...

I can't tell you how a particular salon ranks unless I know them, my referrals come from a listing of grand masters in my chosen product lines, which in my opinion are the best available for the health and aesthetic beauty of your hands and feet.
I don't care HOW much you clean and get them wet, Gel should never yellow and crack- it's a sign of a low quality gel, and sub standard service.
Gel should hold up even BETTER if your hands are in chemicals and water more often, because high quality UV Gel is also SOLVENT RESISTANT. This includes various chemicals and water, even pure acetone!
